Came back from holidays, slept a little and off to Los Angeles to work. After two days of traveling just couldn't go sleep without a run despite the fact that had only 3 hours sleep in last 48 hours. The long flights are killing me. The run was better than expected, legs were screaming for movement.

Tuscany.
Still on holiday trip with my wife. Beautiful morning run in Tuscany, found some small roads, enjoyed the wineyards and olive gardens. The climb in the end was intense.

Cinque Terre Monterosso al Mare to Vernazza.

Being myself a tourist does not make me enjoy other tourists especially so many. The hike was beautiful otherwise. Quite hard for my wife as she is not used to such climbs.

Crocette to Montereggio loop.
Had to work a lot after the champs, missed every chance to run or race, now 3rd day in holiday trip finally got a spare hour to run. And what a run! Just beautiful Appenines sights, some wild animals. Air so fresh after rain. Magnificent. The climb in the last 4km was massive, but event hat enjoyable.

A good run exept a major disaster to 11 where I lost almost 2 minutes (and a 2nd place) going straight and getting into a lot of fallen trees. Some smaller mistakes on the way, nothing serious. Took a risk to 5 by going around and crossing an uncrossable march (easy crossable after all), it payed off as this was first long leg I won in a looong time.

However I still have problems managing speed on the long races, was leading up to 7, but then just got slower and slower, something to work on next long race.
