Note

Shocking lie in instead of planned parkrun. We just couldn't get up after a late night and hectic week. Convinced myself it was a wise choice to avoid getting sick but still felt like a lazy bum.

What a week! Good way to finish it off.
Usual warm up then buy in was 100 skips
5x (7 push ups, thrusters (18kg), t2b, deadlifts (28kg), KB swing, pull ups, burpees)
Buy out was 70 squats. Started with 18kg, down to 8kg by the last 30.
Haven't felt that broken in a while.

Solid session. Haven't lost as much strength as I thought. Good variety today

Spar Ladies 10km at Marks Park. Loads of people. Took a while to get going (about 3km). A few sneaky hills at the end. Overcast and humid so we were sweating buckets. I felt decent but it was one of those days when you wonder how you ever ran a 50min 10km...
