Modderfontein parkrun. Another lekker one with Dyllan. Carl was also there a bit ahead. Really enjoy this route

Lekker session. After a good go with the foam roller my knee seems fine. Phew! It's been a long first week back.

3 mins skipping and then boxing to warm up. Then lots of KB stuff today. Also some pull ups and box jumps. My knee started getting sore so I swapped out some of the squats for sit-ups.

Up to Jeppe Boys with Dyll. Nice way to end the first day back at school.
My left knee is a bit sore when I go up and down stairs. Fine when I run. Bit weird.

Long O at Hennops. 1:15 000
Blue / open ladies course.
Kept it fairly chilled. No major mistakes. Concentration wasn't good but luckily nav wasn't too demanding and I managed to focus at crucial moments. Another lovely warm day :-)
