Staff session.
3x (1 min of 8 exercises) then Helen. 3x 12 pull ups at the end were a bit of a joke.
4 sessions in one week is probably a bit excessive but not feeling too sore.
Good session with quite a crowd. Technique is improving so increasing weight on a few things. Definitely getting stronger.
Want to try and run a couple times this week but peer pressure to do crossfit is real.
