Bushveld #6 - Kloofendal
Not a great race for me. Was trying to keep the intensity a bit higher and my navigation suffered. Lots of looking at the map and not taking anything in. Lost 2-3 mins on #4 - was too high. Stupid mistake to #18 - I was getting tired so concentration was bad. The rest went okay but visualization wasn't up to scratch and concentration was generally very poor. Lots to work on.

My Garmin strap broke so no tracks until I get it fixed

Legs felt good but body felt a bit tired
