Decided not to do my 3km tt today. Throat is sore and my legs feel horrible. Will try and run it on Sunday.

First day of O-week madness. At the sign-up table in the morning, Schools League at Sacred Heart in the afternoon (working on starts) and then Sports Party which was the busiest I've ever seen it! So over 12 hrs on my feet and a scratchy throat by the end of the night.

Urban event #2 - Wilds
Had a decent race but felt rushed. Planning ahead wasn't great so quite a few hesitations. Took some chances cutting across and they seemed to pay off. Happy with the intensity that I maintained most of the way through the race.
Was 2nd, 13sec behind Michele

(Started my Garmin on the way to #2)
