Wilds SC #2.
Had a bad start but settled down well. The fallen tree across the path to #1 had me nicely confused. Then #2 was the big mistake of the day. Wasn't into the scale yet, shot off the bridge, made a parallel error landing up next to the big building to the left and then took a while to work out what was cooking. (80sec) then died up the hill. Settled down nicely after that and really pulled it together. Happy that I managed to put the bad start behind me and run positively. Lungs still not feeling good - not sure whats cooking there...
Got beaten by Steph and Christie, so 3rd place.

WitsOC training at Zoo Lake. Intervals. I picked up cones at the back - still quite a good bit of running. 13 wits people, 6 other O' peeps. Hit bowls club afterwards for a Sprite :-)
