Protea Ridge CC.
Had a decent run with some well executed legs but still need to work on concentration and map contact. Lost time on #11 - dropped too low. I think #12 was placed on the cliffs further north so I circled the correct cliff a few times before moving on. Lost contact to #14 and overshot it. Also a little far right on #15. Physically felt better than I expected after a long day yesterday and I enjoyed the course planning which always helps.

Coaching at the annual schools camp. Very hot during the day but quite pleasant for the night O'. A very successful day I think!
