St Johns - Short course #5.
Not a great run. Purple didn't show up well so struggled to read the course. Lost lots of time to #2 - the canopy / bare rock problem and didn't deal with it well. Also lost time to #18 going low instead of high. Was 2 sec ahead of Tania leaving #22. Blew 20 sec on the last control - bad route choice and feeling dead. Bummer! So another 2nd place for me and another new winner.

Long warm up before my run to get the calves firing and some Frisbee before prize giving:)

Ilumin8 / Silva Night Trail Run - Toyota bike park.
Bit muddy out there and a whole lot colder than 2 months ago.
2:30 faster than in Feb:) Had Shelly running behind me the whole way to keep me moving. Managed to out sprint her at the end for 4th place.

Witsoc training.
Planned an 800m line course to warm up.
Then put out cones for a 1.8km course with map segments at each control showing the next control. Worked well:)
Then half a star relay - got too dark by the end.
Decent turnout: 7 people.
