Ilumin8 / Silva Night Trail Run - Toyota bike park.
Bit muddy out there and a whole lot colder than 2 months ago.
2:30 faster than in Feb:) Had Shelly running behind me the whole way to keep me moving. Managed to out sprint her at the end for 4th place.

Witsoc training.
Planned an 800m line course to warm up.
Then put out cones for a 1.8km course with map segments at each control showing the next control. Worked well:)
Then half a star relay - got too dark by the end.
Decent turnout: 7 people.

Kinetic AR - Roodeplaat Dam.
Raced with Salome. Fun race. 3rd ladies pair, 3 minutes behind 1st. Passed by 2nd on the obstacle course. Felt the burn on the paddle! Otherwise felt comfortable, although a bit more cycling training wouldn't hurt.
Cycle: about 15km
Run: about 6km
Paddle: about 2.5km
