At WEC with Steph.
Did 5 sets of 100m easy then 4x 200m with walk over. Was giving it some but not going all out. Depressingly slow times: 42-44. Had a bit of a niggle in my right calf / shin so slowed things down and did 4 laps of rolling 200's. Perhaps a bit too much running in the past few days after doing almost nothing.

Protea Ridge - Long-O, Blue course.

Decent first half but terrible second half. Was winning by 3 mins to #8. Hit a bad patch up the hill to #9 and probably pushed a bit hard. Should have backed off and focused on navigating well. Lost 7 min to #9. Drifted left, thought I was to the right, tried to relocated on the road and then ran off the map. Struggled to focus after that and was feeling pretty rubbish. Lost a minute on #16 due to loss of map contact. So overall a pretty bad run!

Zig had a fantastic run, winning in 1:14. She was up there with Paul and Tim.

Got a few blisters today. Same shoes I've been wearing for the past year so not sure whats going on there...
