Wits University, 1: 4'000, extended map now with Sturrock park.
I enjoyed the course and felt strong. I know the campus pretty well but the route choices and a few new sections kept it interesting. I had a few small hesitations and possibly a suboptimal route choice to #17 but otherwise it went well. From the splits it seems I lost about a minute on #1. Not really sure why, I thought I marked my map pretty fast- obviously not. The 420m finish sprint was killer. Was 5mins behind Tania

My consistently slow splits are are good reminder that I need to get my butt out the door and train. Only 5 weeks to SA champs!!!

Good to get circuits going again with Lisa and Mike. Jeppe fields were closed so we headed to Rhodes park. I felt good and enjoyed it. My memory was shocking tho. I blame a stressful day which involved an exam, evacuating school and Mr Kroggel's funeral.
