Orienteering race (Schools League) 14:11 [5] 1.9 km (7:28 / km)

At St Johns. Number 1 was rather silly and debatable but after that it went smoothly. Lots of control sites were the same yesterday. I felt slow. I was 3rd. About a minute behind Jess H and Jess Davies.

Had a quick warm up but once again I forgot to warm down

At St Johns. It went relatively well. My navigation was good but I battled to plan ahead enough and hesitated quite a bit. My legs felt heavy and I felt slow across the fields. Tania, Steph and Jess L weren't there so I came second, 3 minutes behind Salome

Track at Goudrif. I did 1km, 600m, 1km and 600m with 2:30 rest. My times were 4:49; 2:55; 4:54; 2:52. The wind was quite strong and it drizzled through out the session. No other slow people today so I ran alone.

We did the usual grid courses then we did Gary's combo courses with control description memory and a puzzle.

Did a 1km at the end. I pushed hard and was pleased with my time. 9 seconds faster than last time!

Ran to Possles park to do hill runs. It's downhill on the way there so a bit of a slog coming home.

I did 7 hill runs. I had 1:30 rest between each one which included the jog down. My times were: 40sec; 41; 41; 42; 43; 40 and 38.
