Felt quite good considering it's the longest run I've done in forever

Derby Road was chaos. Runners, walkers, dogs, children everywhere. Otherwise it was fairly quiet.

We've got into a routine of gym every second day so although a run was very tempting we did a modified leg session taking advantage of being outside in our complex.
Step-up, walking lunges in complex carpark, 3x 1min squats, 1min wall sit, reverse lunges, deadlifts, glute bridge, hamstring curl, calf raises
