Actually a solid session. Dyllan has invested in quite a few weights so was pretty close to a session I would do at our gym. Leg day with core at the end. Good start to the day :-)

A walk around Westcliff while Dyllan ran. Nice to be somewhere different. Roads were nice and quiet.
I've had a cold so pretty much haven't left the house since schools closed last Tuesday. Finally feeling better but not quite ready to run yet.
