Tentative run off the back of my longest "break" from training in 10 years :( got proper sick with a virus and work stress made it hard to recover. Had a sore foot too.

Colgate 32km with Dyll. Yay!
2 lapper from Boksburg stadium. Quite flat. Haven't been nervous for a race in a while but glad we finally got around to stepping up the distance. Paced it nicely and felt pretty decent the whole way. Very cool having someone to run and chat to for over 3 hours. I luckily didn't have a hockey match to play at 11h15...
