I really enjoyed the course. I was second lady, one minute behind Jessica Hemer. It was quite a hot day.

It started at the Wanderers sports club. It was hard to pace myself because there were no kilometer markers. My team consisted of Joan, Sarah S, Esdee, Bathandikile and myself. I ran first while it was still quite cool.

It was a great fast course. The navigation was pretty easy. There was some interesting route choices. I ran strong at the start and caught Zoe. She dropped me at the end and beat me by a minute and a half. Overall it went really well and was great fun.

I felt sick half way through so we had to take a slow walk until i felt better. I felt pretty awful. Xanda said that we are still recovering from the weekend.
