compass training in open runable forest and fell, no controls out this week due to permissions was okay for the most part few of the features a bit vague especially the small clearings in the woods that are very hard to see at night so may not have always been on the control but was in the right area, few mistakes with parallel features especially when there was two small clearings next to each other was hard to tell if you were in the correct one with out going out of your way to make sure (which i didnt do) this wouldnt be a problem in the day or if there was controls out. overall happy with compass work will see how all this training transfers to next weekend!
