Running race 1:32:33 [5] 15.11 km (6:08 / km) +951m 4:40 / km

4th U20 and 127th overall reached the summit in an hour so was fairly happy with that sitting at 125th overall then was flying on the down utill about half way down where i had moved up to 108th and eyeing up that top 100 finish then i got a stitch so had to slow and just ride it in to the finish probably lost between 3:30 to 4 minutes because of the stitch which with out it would have easily got me my sub 90 minutes goal and into the top 100 overall. oh well an excuse to come back next year!
