Rest day, the fam are up for the weekend so today consisted of a little walk around endy p then a nice meal out.

Been abit heavy on the miles this week, it was a gamble in a bid to get fit for the weekend, I'm surprised how quickly I've got back to fitness after being ill, weather it will pay off on Sunday we will have to wait to see, but it was a risk that seemed necessary in taking as its a long race and an English champs race so I needed to get that endurance back quick, will take the day off tomorrow to recover and hopefully I'll be fresh enough to have a decent run on Sunday.

Running again tomorrow hopefully, start from square one build up slowly through the week and try and get in enough shape to finish the edale skyline race next Sunday.
