And the rehab begins, can't bare any weight on my right knee when walking upstairs ect so just low impact exercises for now and hoping the pain goes soon.

Running race (Yorkshire champs) 47:17 [5] 7.91 km (5:59 / km) +412m 4:45 / km

DNF- not in the kind of shape i wanted to be at the moment feel like ive taken two steps back this week was struggling with the pace and the climbs from the go and then fell and bashed my knee with 100-200 meters to go and couldnt bare any weight on it for a good 5 minutes then after being helped down the hill by a marshal and a spectator it all ended in a dnf, not how i planned starting the fell running season this year and just another set back i didnt need.
