easy running, cant do any hard efforts until the stitched are out so gonna focus on easy long runs.

was going well, few mistakes inside the circle then at half way fell and cut my hip, it was deep but wasnt bleeding to badly so carried on slowly finished, second to last but still finished.

what a bad day my body wouldn't run and faster even tho my brain new it was capable and that inst even the worse of it completely missing out control 6 and being dumped into the c final pretty much ruined my motivation for the rest of the day.

just a grim final if you can even call the c final a legit final.
