super easy run feeling a little pain in my calf will have to keep an eye on it.

total nightmare spent 40 mins looking for number one but after that all went smoothly...

pretty easy area so navigation was good just one big mistake at 5 where i ran past the control about 5 times without seeing it and lost 4 minutes.
