7:27 off the winner probably ran 1km more than I needed to with mistakes at 8,10 and 16. Lots of long legs so was trying to plan while on the move and sometimes lost where I was or missed features I was looking out for, need to work more on when to plan and when stay focused on the leg I'm on.
