Running tempo (hallam park run) 19:15 [4] 5.0 km (3:51 / km) +61m 3:38 / km

very odd, felt fine in breathing and in effort it felt like an easy tempo however i could not move my legs any faster. might do some 200m and 300m repeats on Tuesday to try and get that leg turnover high and focus on getting my knees up which i think is the issue.

Just testing out these paces for when I get home in a few days and I'll be running on flat roads again last time I was home I did 18km at 4:18 pace so hope to run the same route and improve that to 4:15 pace which after that little session Is promising as it felt like a breeze and definitely could have gone way longer but don't want to push my luck.
