Track session with Tessa, so much fun! 3x(1200m (40''), 400m (4') ). Paced the first 1200 too slowly, as didn't know how fast to run and was afraid I wouldn't be able to manage the other ones. But got into it and managed to speed up on each of them + felt really good on the last 1200m. Timewise: 4:39, 1:19, didn't start my watch, 1:27 - might not be right, 4:29, 1:21. The training was tough though, as the body needed rest after the 1200 but was forced to the fast 400m. It passed quickly and I really enjoyed the session! It's good to see I'm able to run pretty fast. The bad thing about it - my Achilles is really sore :( probably the worst it's been.

Revision escape, such a lovely day! Wanted to do the 3' hill reps but did the first one and not even in mood of pushing hard. Then did another one on the other side of the valley, to make it more amusing. At that point I was almost at the top and wasn't very keen for running downhill and than only 3' up again, so just continued running up. After that my stomach felt a bit dodgy, so walked/jogged back home. Not very successful run, haha.
