Warm up (Lap 1) down to the base of the Rabbit Foot Canyon hill.

Went at a good clip for the Rabbit Foot Canyon trail north - still snow on the the ATV trail but single track good. On the way back did 7 X 1 min on, 1 min walk or rest. The first one I messed up and it was 30 seconds, the last one was was only 30 seconds before getting to the hill.

The did the Fish Lake Road Ridge trail south, trail was pretty rough (as usual) and snowy at the end - and was feeling pretty tired from the intervals, took it easy.

Also took it easy on the road home - was tired and it was just an extended warm down.

Warmed up going down the hill, but heart rate monitor wasn't working so not included.

Felt like my heartrate was really high, started to get a sore throat and generally feeling not so hot so cut didn't do the Fish Lake Road ridge and really took it easy on the way back home. Still not feeling great.

But a bit surprising that the run was so much faster than the other day - partially it was because the single track is almost all snow free now.

Rabbit's Foot Canyon trail. First run since the pavement-knee-knacking-Stanley Park run almost 3 months ago, and first anything since April 12, so was taking it easy.

Was going to link it with the Ridge Run across the creek but thought in the interest of taking it easy should skip that ...

Still very much shoulder season - single track was 80-85% clear but not the ATV trail. Felt OK for the first activity in awhile.
