Felt a little tired today - could be the (failed) sauna last night with more been and gin than loyly. Really took it easy on the way back from Harvey's - was feeling pretty done.

Replaced the battery on my HR, back in business!

Lower Valley - Upper Valley loop

Felt a little tired at the start, but got into it and overall was a good fast ski. Didn't push super hard, but no heart rate monitor (needs a new battery?)

But went pretty fast in the end and broke alot of PBs

The 10k and Pierre Harvey. Beautiful conditions - hard and fast, not icy -3. Felt good.

But HR monitor didn't work? What is up with that?
