Low intensity shoulder season run with Siya. A good rain or a few warm windy days will do in the snow but for now ... not terrible but not great running. Knee started to hurt (probably the snowy footing ...) and had to walk the last 1.5 km.

Warm-up, 24 HOL south then 1 min on 1 min off intervals on snowmachine trail back. Didn't push to very high intensity. Ankle feels better.
