Orienteering training - went quite badly.

Was working on stiffening my back so better read the map and totally did it in. Could barely walk after the first loop and stopped.

Reran the course from last Wed. Same time almost, but way less tired today .. and heart rate lower. Went OK, apart from a few legs. In one of them (going to control 10, I tried a less safe route this time ... bad idea.
