Continued warm up on 24 HOL and then 1 min on 1 min off intervals back along the skidoo trail. Not super intensive intervals though, although by my heartrate I went the same pace about than I did when I did the same thing on Aug 8th - my heartrate was higher today though for that same pace. Strange that I didn't feel like I really pushed it.

Went to pick up controls from August training. Did the shortened version, ankle still bugging me a little. Pretty low intensity.

Slow warm up run with Trace

Running 1:09:45 intensity: (1:34 @0) + (3:35 @1) + (15:48 @2) + (43:24 @3) + (5:24 @4) 10.72 km (6:30 / km) +106m 6:12 / km

Went to the field immediately after NOAC/COC so first training in a long time. First part the run was very slow, running with Tracey and watch didn't have satellites (in separate log). Then went over on my ankle ... not too bad I thought, kept running, but didn't go as long as I had planned and mostly avoided single tracks because of ankle but soreness lingered, should really have cut it short right away when it happened.
