Alarm went off at 5 and I felt so tired (and unproductive) all day. Snacked way too much at my desk in the afternoon but, in the end, decided to waddle down to the river for a paddle. And like usual, it made me feel a bit better. Seriously need more sleep though. Session was three sets of 5 by 1 min on, 1 min off. Water was glassy, but I still managed to go for a swim.
