cycling 12:00 [4]
4 efforts up the bike path next to Marston ferry road (taking it easy back down). Had a strange feeling where my legs and lungs started to hurt ;-)
cycling 38:00 [2]
Warm-up through old Marston to the ring-road and down Banbury road through Summertown, plus the rest.
It's been very annoying weather for cyclists lately - sunny and not too cold, but constantly cycling between below zero and just above zero, with some snow to make everything wet/icy. I don't care so much if I slip off my bike, but if it were to happen in traffic or if a car slips on the road and hits me (one cyclist died that way yesterday, and last year there were at least 6) then I would care. So I stuck mostly to traffic-free routes.
