Postepeno pojačavanje ritma od početnih prosječnih 6:30 min/km do 5:45 (ukupan prosjek min/km, zadnji km su bili i brži od toga ali nemam lap za svaki km posebno).
Osjećaj na treningu užasan, htjela na pola stati i odšetati natrag.

- krenula prejako (inače uvijek sporije ulazim u atletsku utrku pa pojačavam ritam do kraja)
- nakon prvog kruga htjela odustati, ritam pada s prosječnih 4:40 na prvim kilometrima na 5:18, pa 5:10 do kraja
- zbog bolesti nisam trčala zadnja 3 tjedna (osim na PH u Štafeti), tako da i nisam došla zdrava i odmorna na utrku
