Running 2:02:29 [3] 11.7 km (10:28 / km)

Barron Gorge National Park. Incredibly slow going as shown by the km rate. Part of that was me not feeling particularly energetic after yesterday, but mostly it was the very steep hills and rough tracks. Went up Douglas track, to Glacier Rock, and came back down Smith's track. I think it might be better doing it in the reverse direction. Nice views - accidently timed it perfectly to watch the train heading up the opposite side of the valley.

FN Epic. Advertised as 30km but turned out to be a fair bit longer. Mixture of single track and firetrails, and lots of hills!

Cairns parkrun. Numbers were up this week probably thanks to some coverage in the newspaper. Was quite hot - the next few months are going to be interesting.
