2km warm up run to the mongrel hill then meant to be doing 6 reps. I did four fairly hard - all around 30s - then felt really light headed and almost fainted a few times - ended up getting driven home and felt better fairly quickly. I think it was a lack of food that caused it - too busy watching Krystal and Katelyn battle it out at the cross country
