Had an easy weekend. The antibiotics and steroids are finally shifting the stuff in my sinuses, but it's making me feel a bit whacked and sore throaty.

These walk runs are perfect for my current situation. Not in any way intimidating, so even if I'm tired they still feel possible. And wandering around in the woods is good for the soul.

I got to run on West Rock! Steph's house is just across the road. It smelt of honeysuckle and I was the first person out there, as I got totally covered in spider webs

Double Freeletics to make up for missed session yesterday. Just finished as the sun came out - perfect timing. Disturbed many groundhogs. They're awesome.

Scorchio! Uphill was bizarrely difficult. Legs are still a bit stiff. Think it's the split squats.
