Looked at my HR from yesterday and turns out I covered my 3 x 4 min threshold and my long run yesterday, so today was just 25 mins MIC. Felt good to get out after locking myself in with a research plan this morning!

Fantastic morning orienteering at Gay City, with excellent company on the way there are back. Things were going very well, running strong, navigating well, until I got foolish and went straight from 10-11, and lost 6 minutes! Fantastic being out today.
