Run home. Felt pretty stiff and clumsy the whole way, though was better in the woods. Still not 100% clearly. It was also very muggy. Still, 10k without much effort (or fun).

Hanging the prologue. Had to scrap a leg because I planned it somewhere that apparently wasn't allowed. A lot of problems with this course, it wasn't as good as I expected.

Despite feeling better by the end of Saturday I completely failed to sleep and so I sat out today in favour of sorting out the garden with Rob. It was lovely.

Jogging around the O'tervals at Mountain Lakes as I still felt off. My jogging pace is stronger than it has been in a long time, so this was more fun than it might have been. My HR was too high, definitely a little off colour.

Jogging around the flow course at Westmoreland. Lovely area in places, a bit overgrown in others. Started to feel physically better towards the end, like the illness fuzz had lifted.
