This workout had stand ups! I was remembering standing in a field with Alex - did I teach myself to do them using inov terrain shoes with grip? I can kind of do them now but I have to cross my legs to get up. Maybe should try outside with shoes on! Brought me back to a very different time - a good one!

Rob joined us for our stroller run so we both did a segment. Rob's long legs carry him so much faster! Euan enjoyed the downhills. It was fun to have company. Pushed the stroller up one of the steeper hills in the graveyard and felt good.

It has been a week of Day 8 exercises from Adriene and they've been calming and good. Planning for back to work for my techs has been really stressful this week.
