Round our little circuit. I don't know if it's just the power of going out later in the day and thus being more warmed up, or just the little bit of practice I've had all week, but this felt like something I could increase to a reasonable volume. Still not sure where I'd go, but the cemetery is still pretty quiet in the morning pre-nap.

I'm sure I could benefit from actual meditation but it's not high on my list of priorities for the limited time available!
