First run in a while and first time trying the belly band. Despite the fact the belly isn't too big yet it really helped - no weird pulls or twinges in the hips at all. It was pretty warm but was happy to get out after feeling completely wiped yesterday and not managing to do much.
After running went to the Harvard Book Store to buy some easier books to read, then was close to Honeycomb Creamery and had some delicious rhubarb and ginger ice cream. Then wandered home.
