Note

So, while my R script is running, I suppose it's been time for a while to reappear on AP. I've been quiet for a while because I've been growing a human! We were still living in the old house and the sequential closing of bridges in Somerville meant that my average commute was creeping towards the two hours each way mark (for 4.5 miles, ridiculous), and I was just exhausted for most of February and March. That guy drove into the back of my bike a few days after finding out I was pregnant and that killed cycling for me. We moved to Charlestown 2 weeks ago, and now we're finally unpacked and this has coincided with the second trimester, I'm feeling a lot better and capable of doing something that isn't just commuting and working.

That first trimester was tough people! No throwing up luckily but plenty of very very very tired. Hoping to get back into doing a little bit of running and some more strength training now I have a 12 minute meander to work instead of that disaster. Due in mid October, so still some time to do stuff. Would love some advice on best running bands and things, don't need them yet but I'm assuming time will fly by and it won't feel like long till I do!

So yes, big news! Also we're having a tiny wedding in June but tbh right now that seems very unimportant.

Gross day outside but then I remembered that we have a Peleton bike in the "gym" of this building. The class was a bit too much for a British person but it got the heart rate up without getting soggy!

Yoga 35:55 intensity: (35:31 @0) + (24 @1)

Strength session from Moms Gone Strong. Good to have the energy to do some stuff!
