3 sets of 12 goblet squats to box 20#
3 sets of 12 Split stance pull 10#
3 sets of 12 bodyweight glute bridges
3 sets of 12 pallof presses 5# (better with a cable)
3 sets of 30 second front planks
This is the beginning of the "Get Started" Program and it's work but not too tough - should be a good way to try to integrate with more cycling.
