Bridget organised orienteering training at Hale today. Rob and I selected to hang the four furthest controls and had a lovely hour or so in the woods. The map at Hale is quite terrible so I'm only 100% confident of 1 one of the 4 sites - but nonetheless! Felt quite light in the woods and although I've obviously detrained over the last month or so, didn't feel heavy out there, which is good! Thanks Bridget!
