It's been a rest week and I had to take the two heatwave days off - just couldn't face it. The walking parts of my commute were bad enough. This morning was much fresher and it was a pleasure to be out - excited for the autumn!

Good strength session but my knee is hurting again - I've been bent over a computer all week and haven't been yoga-ing and stretching - must do this! Also get in some high quality rolling time.
