I have been doing stuff but I've been playing with my new Garmin which I already love dearly. I'll update at some point!

Run into work with 5 x (90 x 30) on the way. These were hard, I haven't tried to run fast for quite a long time. I actually enjoyed these too though.

This was strength, a short 10 min AMRAP from Lift Weights Faster. It felt good. The knee bends were fine, but I deliberately picked a workout without squats.
