Light lower body session figuring out the new exercises for this block. Somes weird ones including the curtsy lunge, which feels like it throws all the rules for good form out of the window.

Scratchy throat that morning, full blown cold by the afternoon followed by that horrible night of no sleep when you cough every time you lie down. Hopefully this will be a quick one.
