Arms workout. Found a good weight on some exercises, still a bit light on others. Felt good!

1. DB bench press, 4 x 8, 20#

2a. Bent over BB rows, 3 x 8, 55#
2b. Standing DB OH press, 4 x 8, 20# (tough)

3a. Push ups, 3 x 8
3b. Tall kneeling band lat pulldown, 3 x 10, 6# (cable machine)
3c. Front plank, 3 x 4 x 10 second holds
