Easy run with a couple of hills carrying a huge bag. It is good that running felt much easier carrying a bag roughly equivalent to the extra I weighed last year than it did carrying it on my person.

Edit: I left my watch running and my track shows the heartbreaking moment that I ran to the shuttle, got to the just closed door, and the driver drove off without me.
